Although, I don't provide classes and have very little time for telephone consultations, feel free to e-mail me with any specific questions.
Remember, if you need help with one specific deal and want to contact me for assistance, you will need to have ALL of the following details:
- Asset sales price FMV
- Proof of the type of corporation (C-Corp)
- Any other assets owned
- Tax Basis in asset for sale
- Taxable Gain as asset sale
- Estimated tax at corporate level
