With ClickBank’s Join My Affiliate Program (JMAP) you can recoup your investment in my e-book and maybe even create a solid additional revenue stream.
I have set up my affiliate program to pay out a 50% commission for every sale. If you have friends and business contacts in the commercial real estate world – investors, brokers, lenders, etc. – you can promote my book to them and generate about $70 for yourself on every sale. You can also get your link listed in "Adwords" on Google or Yahoo or other commercial real estate sites.

The net effect is that you will recouperate the cost of CRE Rescue. It is free to sign up as an affiliate on ClickBank and all you have to do is create a free account with a nickname and a password. They will show you how to make a "HopLink" which you can use to start making money.
The link below will take you directly to my JMAP site with ClickBank where you can sign up in less than 5 minutes. ClickBank will provide you with your own HopLink that you can put on websites or e-mail to your contacts. Any time that someone uses your link to the CRE Rescue website and they make a purchase, you will earn a commission!
